Faxin Pan was very knowledgeable, explained everything to make it easy and understandable. He was also very kind! He cleaned up afterwords and left everything better than he found it.
We also had Corey Cloud and Cameron Rugar come out to install our IAQ items and clean our system. They cleaned up afterwords, were very kind and the staff had nothing but great things to say about them.
My husband and I are 100% satisfied with Shafer Heating & Cooling and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
