They showed up Monday morning and had the complete system installed by Tuesday afternoon. Both Robert and Corey (I think) were very professional and let me know what was going on. The actual installation looks so professional with everything in its place. I do highly recommend!!!

We first used Shafer to install our central air unit. They did a fantastic job. Robbie has came out to the house twice and each time he has done a great job. I couldn't be happier with Shafer.
We're totally blown away with the entire process ! 1st was 2 extremely helpful individuals at the store to answer all my questions and get me scheduled for a consultation. Ron comes out 2 business days later, we shake hands and the next day the entire job is done before 2 o'clock. I will proudly use these folks for the rest of my day's.
Shafer has just replaced our old A/C and oil furnace with a new heat pump, UV light and purification system, a
humidifier, and partial ductwork replacement. We also had our remaining ductwork cleaned. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, including Jacob, who did our initial assessment, to installer Johny and his crew, and Lance and the duct cleaning crew. They did a great job on the installation, and even got our old oil furnace out of a tight spot without a major problem. Communication about scheduling was excellent, and the entire thing went smoothly. Also, considering all this started on one of the hottest days of the year, they brought us a portable air conditioner to use while ours was being replaced. Thanks, guys!
Ron Shafer has been my HVAC man for over 25 years. This past year I had a new 18 seer heat pump installed and it is working great. Purchased a maintenance agreement and they just did the first 6 month check up and the system just purrs along. They care about their business, employees and the customer which is a win win and win scenario.
Been a customer for 23 years. Wayne and Faxin here today for spring check up and were professional, courteous, and listened to my concerns. Wayne went over everthing in great detail. Would recommend.
