The Shafer representative answered the phone right away. They assured me that my AC unit was fairly common and that the right parts were already loaded onto their service trucks. The technician arrived within two hours. Their experience enabled them to make the repairs correctly and quickly. I am very happy with the results. I saved myself a lot of guesswork that would have been expensive and possibly hazardous. Best of all I got to support a local business with a 466 phone number.
