Cody, Tyler, and the entire installation team was quick and efficient and very thorough. The whole team at Shafer was very responsive and knowledgeable with any assistance we needed with our new HVAC system. Lots of kudos to Brooke and Austin as well! We were very happy with the professionalism and services!
Today, the Pickering-Polstras had their summer check up for their geothermal heating & cooling system. A young man named Faxin came by and did a really great job. He cleaned our system, and he talked to us about options for new and continued maintenance, including things we could do for allergies. Faxin was polite, knowledgeable, and competent. Faxin is a great employee, personable, easy to speak to, and he astutely explains his work. I'm glad I have had the chance to meet him.
Once again, Shafer's has proven they are the best heating & cooling company in the county. They have good products, great people, and the best customer service.
Tyler and Dylan were called in to correct an issue that had been overlooked when our new heating system was installed in October of 2022. They needed to enter our crawl space and remove some duct work. They were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They were great ambassadors for Shafer Heating
