Very professional and knowledgeable team. Office staff was very friendly and helpful in scheduling services. Service technician,David, was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the malfunctioning control board. Their Sales technician, Drew, presented all the options we could do and provided us with an estimate for the equipment & installation .
We opted to install a new furnace with a two zoned system. We were very satisfied with the Installation that was provided by Cody & Cory. Cody was very Knowledgable about the equipment that was being installed and answered all our questions. Cory & Cody were both very respectful and had very good work ethics, We are very pleased with the Services that were provided from the whole team. And I say team ,because everyone worked together from the beginning to the finish of the project.
My techs had to do a lot of improvising due to the peculiarities of my home. They improvised quite well and we're happy with our new tankless water heater and filter system. They also did an excellent job of cleanup after the installation. Tyler and Cody.
