I am more than pleased with the expedience and above and beyond work from Shafers workers. Juan Martinez found the problem with my old furnace. He came out three times to make it right, and tried to fix my problem rather than have to do a new furnace. When we realized the furnace was not fixable, he set me up with Nick Pendleton to order my new furnace. He helped me choose the right system for me and gave me discounts that were available. No high pressure to purchase the most expensive.
Tyler and Cameron worked long hours for a difficult install. I've never seen anyone work harder. They even cleaned my floor (much cleaner than when they arrived). Corey and Dillon arrived the nnext day to clean my ducts. They were right on time and expedient, courteous and friendly.
The furnace guy was real nice and respectable. He explained everything and showed on the tablet what was going on. He talked with my husband on the phone while he was explaining what was wrong with the furnace. I am pretty pleased with my services.
