Wayne was right on time. He had called saying that he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. He and his partner checked everything, cleaned everything and were very thorough in testing. I have been with Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC for at least 19 years and I will continue to be a customer. They are a good company.
I have used Shafer Heating & Cooling several times in the past. Everyone is pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable about any questions i may ask. Service tech Wayne has been here for my last 2 service calls. He always calls to let me know aproximately when he will be here as do the other techs that have been here in the past. I like thet about their company. When he arrived this time he remembered from his first visit that I have very poor hearing and I probable would not hear him knock on my back door so he called my cell phone to let me know he was here. That little extra kindness shows me what kind of a man he is. He answers any and all questions that I might have concerning my heating or cooling system. I am happy that I chose Shafer to be my heating & cooling repair company. Thanks for the great service.
Jeremey was very knowledgeable about heating/cooling. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a matter of minutes at a decent price. I highly recommend this service.
We chose Shafer because of their reputation and years in business and are glad we did. We joined the club membership for regular maintenance and our technician Wayne did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning our system. He was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He explained everything he did and we feel better knowing everything is running like it should. This was one of the best experiences we've had with a service company.
This company is the gold standard of heating and cooling maintenance. From the minute they answered the phone to the completion of the job, their dedication to excellence was obvious. In addition, we had had another hvac company in last winter to repair the same problem. That company told our landlord there was nothing wrong with the furnace. Shafer's tech diagnosed it in less than 10 minutes and had it repaired in 50 minutes. A simple thermostat replacement. It's been a long time since I've encountered such professionalism. I Love this company!!????
My furnace quit working I called Shafer they came out same day problem fixed !! Wayne was our repair man he was very knowledgeable and respectable did an excellent job of explaining the problem and the solution to the repair of the furnace !! Problem was fixed and an affordable price ! Great service !! I highly recommended Shafer !!
They are knowledgeable and professional. I loved that they wore shoe covers while walking around the house, since we have some rugs and carpeting. They communicated very well and called before they came and was always here around the time they gave us. We're very pleased with the work they did. We'll definitely use them again.
