The technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the dual speed heating system and had no issue with me asking questions. Perfect customer service.

Very positive experience from our sevice call on our 42 year old furnace to our sales quote and testing for new unit, wonderful communication on installation crew arrivals. The whole crew worked well together, all were polite to each of us of all ages. They are helpful, knowledgable, earn their wages, hard efficient trustworthy workers to have in our home, and cleaned up at job completion. Our products have good warrantees. We are pleased we chose Shafer!
Faxin was the guy we dealt with and he was top knotch amazing!!! Went through every single little detail with us about everything he did to our furnace told us everything he was going to do to it! Replaced some parts and showed us the old parts he took off our furnace!! Went through everything they could do to our furnace to make our air quality more better to breath in our home! He was amazing and I would highly recommend
