Royce from Shaffer Heating and Cooling did an excellent job with our Spring service. He was very thorough in his explanations of the service of our units, both outside and inside the house.
Royce was professional, knowledgeable and he was great with our dog. That alone would have garnered 5 stars with the dog momma.

Corey and Dillon arrived on time. Introduced themselves and outlined exactly what they were here to do. We were asked if we had any questions before they stared. They went straight to work and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves removing all decries.
Upon completion of their work, we were given the opportunity to inspect their work. We had a new electronic air filter installed. It's operation and changing of the consumable filter was explained and demonstrated. Excellent job.
