I contacted Shafer Heating & Cooling at 7:30 A.M. on September 20, 2021. My air-con had quit running. By 9:30 A.M my air-con was restored. This company is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Noah, the service person, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he showed me how to care for my system. This company would be tough to beat. I highly recommend them.

From the very first phone contact the staff of Shafer Heating & Cooling have been courteous and professional. Sales rep Shawn Hickok went above and beyond to ensure that our gas line installation was accomplished under difficult circumstances. And when Cody and Tyler arrived to actually install the gas line the same professional atmosphere continued. They worked efficiently and completed the work much quicker than I expected. I know who my first call will be for any HVAC work I need! That is a nice feeling.
