I had a dead furnace. It wouldn't fire and the house was cold. Danger time. On short notice, service tech Faxin came out, spent over two hours and got it going. He went above and beyond locating the problem, made sure it was now running safely, and was the most professional in-home service tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With the results and such a great company representative, I cannot recommend Shafer Heating any higher. Simply, outstanding!
We have used Shafer's for many jobs over the last several years, both big and small, and have never regretted hiring them. They ALWAYS go above and beyond what is expected of them, even to the extend of cleaning up messes they did not make. Many times they could have made more money by telling us to install something that was not needed, but instead they were honest and encouraged a more affordable option. Their technicians are kind and trustworthy and I have never been concerned about them being in my home. For my family, we will always choose Shafer's.
Mr. Martinez diagnosed the problem with my 20 year old furnace and found it was a loose electrical connection. He was professional in his job and manner. Would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done.

We had to have a new system installed. Shafer seemed to make sure they went over every part of the process and let us know that their goals are for the customers to be satisfied with everything. They had Tyler, Cody and Lance come out to do the install. They were really friendly and answered any questions we had. They worked very cleanly and made sure to take care around our appliances. They also took their time to install and didnt rush through the job which is important to us. We are happy with the work that has been done.
