We had an issue arise with our AC unit and Shafer was able to send out our tech Robbie the next day. It was a silly issue on our part that we messed up during our own troubleshooting (purchased the wrong thermostat) but the knowledge we received from Robbie about heat pumps and our unit was worth every penny. He quickly identified the issue, installed the proper thermostat and checked and double checked that our issue was resolved.
Today was the tear out of our old system and partial install of new one( not complete install due to us wanting to pour a pad before placing unit outside,the company/workers were very workable with us)
They also installed new water heater ,thermostat, new disconnect ,ect.
The lead man Cody and his crew were the best.
Very professional, confident (not cocky or arrogant) ,respectful and informative to anything I asked about.
I felt at ease having them in my home. Didn't feel like I had to watch their every move. They were hard at it from the time they arrived til the time they left.
They knew what they were doing and it showed.
The completed install set for Monday.
We look forward to it.

Drew was very helpful in getting me the information that I need to resolve my HVAC issue. Drew even crawled under my house and took pics and videos to share with me and another company rep. I highly recommend Shafer and I will be having them do work for me soon. AAA+++
