I recently had a geo thermal system installed as well as a duct cleaning, UV light, and Humidifier. The customer service was excellent. Johny was our lead and did an awesome job throughout the process to make sure the job was done. Cody and Tyler also came in to help throughout the job. I could not be happier with our new system and how clean our old ductwork is now! Highly recommend Shafer Heating and Cooling
Shafer was great to work with from the beginning. From Ron coming out and designing new duct work to help get more air to the back of our house and clean up the basement to create more room by having a cleaner design. Cody and Johny were great when it came to the install. They answered all my questions and were very respectful and courteous the whole time they were there. Next time I need something I will only be calling Shafer Heating and Cooling.
Shafer Heating & Cooling recently installed my new HVAC system. They were both knowledgeable and professional. They went out of their way to be friendly and to ensure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend them!
Late night emergency service call.
From the first initial phone call I was happy with the fact they answered the phone call promptly(hard to get these days). She was so kind and willing to help get someone out to service our needs. I felt so guilty pulling someone out to do a late night emergency call she assured me they were happy to help!
Shawn gave a courtesy call of his estimated time of arrival. I received a email with his photo so the customers can feel safe when answering the door. The vehicle is marked and employee has uniform and wore protective foot covers (which we greatly appreciate) to keep shoes clean. He cleaned up when the job was finished.
He didn't rush and he was truly happy to help.

The company did everything to resolve my comfort needs and build me a great system. The crew that came out was phenomenal. Johny B, Tyler H, and Lance H we're very timely, positive, helpful and made sure to double check different things with me to make sure everything was up to par for me. I highly recommend Shafer: I've yet to want to use anyone else
great company to work with on get things repair they did a great job put my hot water heater in tyler and lame did a great job and even come back out the same night when it was leaking from one of the hose and was still not getting hot when i get ready to redo my heat pump they will be the one doing it thank you guys again for doing a great job
They put our new heating/ac unit in just a couple days ago. Very nice, professional, and helpful! Highly recommend
