Excellent! Put on the schedule very quick when my AC went out in 90 degree weather. Faxin was amazingly informative and helpful with building our new AC unit! The guys that came out to clean the ducts were very thorough and professional. Cody and Troy were excellent with our installation! I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with Shafer! Thank you all so much!

Nineteen year old system went out in July. Shafer came out within 24 hours to check, and then later the same day to evaluate what we needed and get us set up for an install. Also providing a portable air conditioner until the system can be installed. Juan and Jim were great to work with, and super helpful. Lots of guarantees from the company should anything go wrong or not work the way expected. Awesome job!
Nick Pendleton was awesome. He came out same day, didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff. He just offered possible solutions to my concerns and allowed me to make the decision. I have dealt with several other companies, and so far Shafer's is the best. They are coming out the very next day after diag to do the work. Can't ask for any better service than that.
Update 7/2: Royce came out to do a maintenance check and tune up on the a/c system. He found a couple small issues and fixed promptly during the visit. He did not rush in and rush out. He listened to our concerns and did a thorough check on the system. Very Satisfied.

Cory and Cameron replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit. They were courteous , professional and hardworking . They did an excellent job. They explained how everything worked before they left. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. This is a great company.
