We contacted shafer due to our air not blowing cold air. We had several people out and they found the problem and completed the work quickly. When the work was completed, it was found that there was a bigger issue and our whole system needed replaced! They were quick to find a solution to our problem and applied the entire amount that her had already paid towards our new system. We are very pleased with how they handled our situation and got our new system in quickly!

Rob Miller was my tech . He was very insightful, professional, and covered very detail of his inspection. He even explained the difference with carbon dioxide gas . I had no clue that my carbon monoxide detector was placed in the wrong spot. Thanks to him my wife and I are more safe in our home.
