When you have to deal with something as stressful as your HVAC system breaking down in the middle of summer, there are a lot of unknowns and worries when calling a company for repairs. Faxin Pan and his co-worker Logan eliminated my concerns from the very minute they introduced themselves. Both of them were extremely friendly and explained everything they were going to do before they started. When they started, they explained each step as they went along and answered any question I asked with a thorough explanation and made sure I understood. My wife and I were very happy we called Shafer Heating and Cooling. I recommend this company and especially these 2 technicians to anyone with HVAC issues and especially those who are worried about getting raked over the coals by a repair company.
