We're totally blown away with the entire process ! 1st was 2 extremely helpful individuals at the store to answer all my questions and get me scheduled for a consultation. Ron comes out 2 business days later, we shake hands and the next day the entire job is done before 2 o'clock. I will proudly use these folks for the rest of my day's.
My Ac unit went out and I called Shafer. They made sure to get me on the schedule next day. The lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly. The comfort advisor came out and offered me a unit to fit my needs and provided me with a portable air unit until my installation was complete! The scheduled work was completed today and I am very satisfied with every employee I encountered. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

They came out and fixed my ac unit the same day I called. I work 2nd shift and wasn't able to be there. They called me to confirm what needed fixed. All around great service, highly recommended.
