Faxin Pan was our technician. He stayed at our home until every last question was answered and informed us of the different systems that would be best for us. He didn't leave until we were confident in what we were needing and could afford. Highly recommend him and Shafer heating and cooling to any home owner. Thank you Faxin.

Logan was very knowledgeable, he explained things that nobody else has. Checked things nobody else has. When my part comes in I would like Logan to install it.
