I had Shafer Heating and Cooling out to give me a quote for new installation. Justin came up with a great plan for our difficult old farm house.
Cody worked diligently to complete the installation. They were very professional and polite. I received a phone call and text every day with an ETA. Troy and Cory came out to assist a couple of days and although I did not have any interaction with them they worked diligently to assist the team. They cleaned up after themselves everyday when they were done. I was always kept informed of all the details. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done! Thank you, Justin, Cody Troy and Cory.
Logan was great! He came out and did a checkup on our system. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also super accommodating of my schedule and I really appreciated the transparency on the cost of any additions.
