I would highly recommend this company to anyone the technician that came to my home today for a service call was courteous, very knowledgeable and very respectful. They are absolutely fair with their rates and do a very thorough job. If you need stuff done correctly call Shafer heating and cooling.
Jaun and Kaden did a great job of doing an inspection on our heating and cooling system . They were upfront and transparent about where additional costs would be incurred , and were absolutely awesome to work with on the decisions we made as a homeowner . Great work guys hope to see you again .

On Dec 28th, Shaun and another gentleman came to my house and did a whole-home duct/vent cleaning. When Faxin came to my residence last month for my fall inspection/cleaning and showed me how filthy everything was, I knew I had to have them come back out to clean everything. This was the first time having the ductwork cleaned since the house was built in '06. Since having this done, I can already tell a big difference in airflow throughout the house. From all the gentlemen coming to my house throughout the years, to Brooke helping me set-up appointments over the phone......I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you all!!!
Robert and Cameron installed our split systems and did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Shafer Heating and Cooling. We have an older house and they were very patient with the process. Awesome job!! Austin our sales profession was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was excellent.
