Shafer Heating & Cooling made two service calls for our older gas furnace within a 30 day period. The obvious problem was that we needed a new furnace. The Shafer heating expert came and looked at our old unit, determined that it was not repairable, and made a detailed presentation on our options for a replacement. We made a selection and the team came and installed a new furnace within the week. We are super pleased with the professionalism of all the Shafer employees with whom we have worked in the past month. We sincerely and highly recommend Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC for residential heating and cooling needs.

The system is working very well for us
Wes and I had a whole home humidifier and UV light installed due to dryness in our home. The NEXT day it showed a huge difference! Tyler and Lance came in and took time to explain and show us where everything would be and how to use it also. They were professional and keep the place clean. I was educated regarding what the benefits and products do and was a all around great experience!
All of their technicians have been knowledgeable and very respectful.
