We really like and appreciate the technicians at Shafer Heating & Cooling. Just had our Spring tune up. Andrew Smith did a great job. He was on time, polite and knew exactly what our system needed. He made some adjustments on our blower and replaced a piece of equipment. Everything is working great. Thank you Andrew and Shafer Heating and Air for great service.

Our home has been needing a new heating/cooling system for several years. We've dreaded the hassel of the entire process. When Shafer H&C reached out to Steven by phone, it wasn't a coincidence. We decided that the time had come. We'd heard of Shafer and knew that they were a reputable company. Jacob was quite the salesman, and we were amazed that the most difficult part of the process was choosing the additions that we wanted for our system. With Steven's allergies, the dehumidifier and UV light were a must. Within two days, our entire system was installed. The work crew was just fantastic. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. They listened to our plans and what we needed to make their system work for us. Other than the temperature drop and occasional noise from the basement, I didn't even know they were there. They were respectful of our home and property, and they cleaned up after, taking packaging and trash away when they were finished. No hassle. We now have a new system backed by a company we trust.
