Got a new heat pump installed. Came out next day to give an estimate and sizing. 2 days later they were out and installing the new unit. During the service multiple issues were discovered, the thermostat and wiring needed replaced to allow the system to work properly. Both of these were done and completed during this same visit. The crew came in and cleaned up anywhere that they worked, wouldn't even have known they were inside.
Faxin with Shafer Heating and Air responded within 10 min of my call regarding my tankless water heater. Faxin finished his other client and was to my house in 7 min. Other client was close. Anyway, he went down into the crawl space and came back with some. Bad news but yet fixable. He was very informative, showed videos and pictures of what was going on. We ended up purchasing a tank type water heater and will install it this Thursday. That is great turn around time. I highly recommend Faxin for troubleshooting issues. Ask for him and they will send him out.
They are a wonderful company to work with. Always on time. Always explained everything they were doing and why it needed done. No high pressure sales. Royce was so polite and considerate. Answered every question I had. I highly recommend them

Had Shafor come out for spring servicing. Juan was professional and kept us informed of his actions and findings. He didn't try to oversell extra services. We will use Shafor again.
