Cory and Blake came out and installed my new water heater and crawlspace dehumidifier. They got a later start than originally planned but didn't let that slow them down at all. They were very professional and friendly and after the initial walk through to show where everything was, they got right to work. They worked until everything was done which ended up being 9 PM but never complained. They were just as professional, polite, and friendly when done as they were when they started. I would recommend either or both of them.

My AC unit & furnace was about 25+ years old & my AC decided it was it's time & I went 3-4 weeks without it. I had another company that was supposed to do the work but their customer service sucked & they honestly were not good at communicating with me within those 3-4 weeks. So I Finally called Shafer heating & cooling. First time calling them customer service was excellent & they had someone out at my house within two days. Justin & Kyle did a full walk thru of my house & went over everything thoroughly. I decided to go with them & they had their guys out here the next day (Thursday) Robert & Blake were the techs that put everything together (AC unit, furnace & all new duct work) it's Monday & they finished everything up. My house feels & smells clean. They cleaned up everyday after themselves & customer service was great! Thank you Robert & Blake for all the work you guys did these last three days. Feels amazing to have AC again & know that we are safer now that I upgraded our furnace & air ducts. I am grateful ??
