David came to do yearly service today and was great to work with so far from the company.
I have used this company for many years. All do in part to the services being performed in a timely manor.The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Great Job!!!
They are always on time and call you when they are on their way to you. I'm always satisfied with them. I purchased one of their furnaces and air conditioner service in 2005.
I had Robbie as my tech and he was so polite, informative and professional! He explained and fixed what has been wrong with our thermostat, and was so helpful! Highly recommend.

As luck would have it our furnace needed replaced right before the winter storm arrived. Shaffer Heating and Cooling was able to get our furnace installed before the cold weather hit. This was a direct result of the dedicated and professional work conducted by the lead technician-Johnny. He stayed late and offered information about the work he completed and what he would be doing next. Both technicians on the job were courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about the quality of work provided. I feel very confident in the service and checkups that will be continued.Very happy we chose Shaffer Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a heating/cooling system.
