Shafer Heating & Cooling has serviced my A/C and Heating system for the past 29 years. The service agents that come out are always polite and very efficient to clean, inspect and fix the system. Today, Faxin Pan came out to service my heat pump and furnace. He replaced a part and installed a surge protector for the furnace. Yes we get plenty storms out this way and the lights always flicker or turn on and off during them. Hopefully this will help my unit last longer and not burn out. Thank you!!
Cody and Cameron were awesome. They installed a new water softener. They were both courteous and polite and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after the work and left everything as they found it. Also advised us on another issue we could address.
