Had Shafor come out for spring servicing. Juan was professional and kept us informed of his actions and findings. He didn't try to oversell extra services. We will use Shafor again.

I can't say enough about Shafer, their team and our tech Faxin! 5 stars all around. We will forever be a client! Faxin is extremely knowledgeable, gave advice and recommendations. He thoroughly went through our boiler system. We look forward to him servicing our boiler in the future!

Update* another job-duct cleaning done by shafer heating & cooling. This time Cody and Troy did an amazing and thorough job of cleaning our air duct. Showed the before and after work pictures and I'm so glad I got them cleaned.
