This company has extremely good staff, reciently the install crew did a fantastic job with my furnance/heat pump. Very protective of my flooring, cleaned up well, answered my questions. I would highly recomend them for your HVAC service company! Special ??????for both John and Tyler good work guys.
Due to the covid19 pandemic the company that had serviced our hot water baseboard system no longer had a qualified person to help us when our boiler malfunctioned. As I can't hear well on the phone I was unsuccessfully online trying to communicate with a company that could help after business hours when I clicked on the Shafer heating and cooling website and was shocked when a man started communicating with me with text messages in the wee small hours of the morning and arranged to have someone out to service us the next day. Given that repair of the old boiler would cost about $2000 we opted for a new one and heated the house with a combination of a wood stove and electric heaters until it could be installed. The two service people who did the job were very not only very courteous and professional but one of them even offered to help me unload a truck load of firewood that was needed to keep the house warm until the instillation was completed. Once done I was amazed that the whole system with four loops, two of which the man from the company that left us in the lurch couldn't get to work, functioned perfectly. Great company with round the clock communications.
Today was the 1st time I ever used Shafer heating and AC. Iam very impressed. They were very nice. They even showed up early and was very thorough and explained everything to me about what was going on with my heat. The young man that fixed my heat name was Noah. He was very professional. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. I know who I'm calling when I need help again!!!! Shafer for sure!!!! Thanks so much.
