A big thank you to Tyler, Corey, and John and Chance! They were very professional and courteous. And a special thank you to David for coming out on Sunday to check for a gas leak. They are all dependable and alway their when I need them . I highly recommend Shaffer Heating and Plumbing!
Cody, Tyler & Rob installed a new HVAC system in my home. They installed it very efficiently & timely. They were very professional & courteous. Tyler explained how to use the new thermostat to me. I will recommend Shafer to anyone who needs a new install. These men are excellent!! ????????????
Cody, Cody and Rob were fantastic! Arrived on time and replaced my furnace in record time! They thoroughly explained how everything worked and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
Tyler, Lane, and Kenzie were so great!! They came to my house on time and cleaned my HVAC ducts and vents and sanitized so well! We just bought a new house that was previously owned by a smoker and boy did the cleaning make a difference. I am also picky about dirty shoes in the house, and they were so thoughtful and wore shoe covers right away. 10/10 service would recommend.
They are always on time and call you when they are on their way to you. I'm always satisfied with them. I purchased one of their furnaces and air conditioner service in 2005.
As luck would have it our furnace needed replaced right before the winter storm arrived. Shaffer Heating and Cooling was able to get our furnace installed before the cold weather hit. This was a direct result of the dedicated and professional work conducted by the lead technician-Johnny. He stayed late and offered information about the work he completed and what he would be doing next. Both technicians on the job were courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about the quality of work provided. I feel very confident in the service and checkups that will be continued.Very happy we chose Shaffer Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a heating/cooling system.
