Great experience! The technician Robert was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
Technician David was courteous and did a great job. Unfortunately he had to come back out because of his equipment failure. He had no problem with returning on a Saturday and had the furnace up and running in no time. I called at 7:30am and he was here by 9am.
The service men, Jeremy and Caleb, were very kind and professional. They did a thorough job and were clean and considerate as they worked. Very trustworthy. Thanks Shafer Heating and Cooling.

This was our first service call from Shafer Heating & cooling, who were recommended by our son. We recently moved into our home and not familiar with a heat pump system, but had an outrageously high electric bill. The technician Jeremy was punctual, listened to our concerns and responded to the problem immediately . He explained the issue and finished the inspection process. The service charges were explained in detail, and seemed a good value. We are very impressed with everyone from Shafer Heating and cooling team and became a club member. The technician Jeremy was exceptional.

Rob Miller was my tech . He was very insightful, professional, and covered very detail of his inspection. He even explained the difference with carbon dioxide gas . I had no clue that my carbon monoxide detector was placed in the wrong spot. Thanks to him my wife and I are more safe in our home.
Today was the tear out of our old system and partial install of new one( not complete install due to us wanting to pour a pad before placing unit outside,the company/workers were very workable with us)
They also installed new water heater ,thermostat, new disconnect ,ect.
The lead man Cody and his crew were the best.
Very professional, confident (not cocky or arrogant) ,respectful and informative to anything I asked about.
I felt at ease having them in my home. Didn't feel like I had to watch their every move. They were hard at it from the time they arrived til the time they left.
They knew what they were doing and it showed.
The completed install set for Monday.
