The Shafer Team is great.
Royce came out to my house today, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Not only was he professional and kept me in the loop with all he was doing, but he was also great with my son asking him questions and was so nice to him. Thankful he was able to get my AC going again!
Jeremy was great with describing what needed to be done and suggested with something that would work better with some electrical work.
