Shafer Heating Technician, Jacob Wilder, serviced my heating and cooling system in a very professional manner. Being notified about an hour before arriving allowed me to be sure the gentleman arriving in the Shafer vehicle and dressed as their employee was legit. He spoke cordially and told me what was happening during the visit. He showed me the two disposable items that needed replacing and explained why the one strip that I knew very little about needed replacing. I appreciated him chatting for a couple minutes and not being fearful of my dog (who has a loud bark until I assure her all is fine). I am a Shafer believer! Jacob is definitely 5 stars.
We reached out to Shafer when our furnace would not turn on. They let us know Devon would be the technician coming, and let us know when he was on the way.Devon was very polite. He is very knowledgeable, and did a great job evaluating what was wrong. He explained what he was doing and looking for throughout the whole process. He even stayed to make sure the heat got up to temperature once he got the furnace on before leaving. Thanks Shafer Heating & Cooling.

Had a new system by Shafers 1 1/2 years ago. Now I'm in a different home and had to replace furnace and A/C again! Blake and Kenny were wonderful! They worked tirelessly from 9am to 6:30 PM! I can't praise them enough. They were courteous, efficient, hardworking and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Blake explained the units to me thoroughly. I'll always go to Shafers because of their people, payment options and follow up.

Royce did a great job checking out our infloor water heater. He had to replace a pump that had went bad.
Cody and Michael were awesome! Super professional, on time, let me know what they planned to do and they did a great job today. We had the ducts cleaned and some minor furnace work done. Everything was done top notch! Thank you guys for a job well done. If you're in their service area Shafer Heating and Cooling will take great care of your HVAC needs.
