I was very pleased with the services performed by Shafer Heating and Cooling. Wayne spent hours searching for the problem on Friday, Jeremy did the same on Saturday. When the repairs would have been too expensive to invest in a 23 year old system, Ron came out to give me an estimate for replacing the furnace and heat pump. On Wednesday Cody and his crew came to install the system. Each young man was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. All were very professional and got the job done quickly. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up when it was finished.
First experience with this team inspecting our fuel oil system and we were very pleased with the overall communications and overall service. The technician arrived as scheduled and was a joy to work with. We opted for one of the annual plans to cover our HVAC system.
Shafer Heating & Cooling made two service calls for our older gas furnace within a 30 day period. The obvious problem was that we needed a new furnace. The Shafer heating expert came and looked at our old unit, determined that it was not repairable, and made a detailed presentation on our options for a replacement. We made a selection and the team came and installed a new furnace within the week. We are super pleased with the professionalism of all the Shafer employees with whom we have worked in the past month. We sincerely and highly recommend Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC for residential heating and cooling needs.

Royce Ogden came out to my house after 8pm and fixed my heating issue after our first snow fall of the year. He's very professional and thorough. I'm very satisfied with his service. 10/10
