From the start, Shafer has been an amazing business to work with. They came out to check my system within a few days of contacting them when my air stopped working. Jeremy, the repair technician was so professional and gave me great information. Because of the age of the system (1988-90), I would need a new one.
The next day Shawn came out to do a sales presentation. Again, super professional. These guys have been trained well! After giving me several options, I chose the system I wanted. The very next day, Shawn returned with a loaner unit so that I could stay cool until my new system arrived.
A week before my new unit was installed, Noah came with another employee to clean and sanitize my ducts. They did the job well!
On the day of the install, Cody and Tyler(?) - also known as "Muscles" - arrived early and did such a great job. They installed the new system efficiently! They answered any questions I had and were very pleasant to work with. Before they were done, they explained what I needed to know to run the thermostat for both air and heat. And they cleaned everything up before they left.
Each time someone came into my home, they put booties over their shoes to protect my floors. They used drop cloths, corner protectors, and a door shield to protect my property. I received phone calls prior to each visit and on the cleaning and installation, I was sent an email the day before with a picture of the employee coming.

Nice, courteous, presentable, and professional. Took extra efforts to keep the home clean with his entry and exit of the home. The employee was an excellent representation of a good company with his level of professionalism, knowledge base, and ability to communicate effectively.
Jermey always does a great job. Jeremy explains what the issue is and gives a detailed explanation of what the fix is going to evolve and the price.
