I my A/C went out 5 days ago so i called Shafer to get prices and Evan came out to go through the house and he was awesome, he listened to what my wants and needs was for my house and gave suggestions that i didn't think of and i went a head an had a complete system he was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps of what they was going to do during and after install, it was only two days later thatCody and Isaac came out to to the install and they went above and beyond what they needed, super friendly and informative, i didn't even have to ask any questions they cover all bases and crossed the t's and dotted the i's. Fantastic company and staff!
Devon was an awesome tech! He went above and beyond to get my central air working again.
