Royce did a great job checking out our infloor water heater. He had to replace a pump that had went bad.

Justin with Shafer was amazing. He performed an inspection of our system, provided his evaluation and offered options for addressing our concerns. He showed us what the option we are interested in would look like in our room, explained how it would be installed and the scope of the work, provided financing and discount options and why it was a good solution to our problem. He was very kind, honest and professional. Shafer sent us multiple communications about who was coming and when they would arrive.
