Always great service with Shafer. Tech Harley did a fantastic job. I had some mold concerns earlier in the year, and the home inspector did not note anything on the HVAC system, besides water in the pan. Harley located biological growth inside the HVAC unit and installed a UV system as well as a treatment for the pan moisture. Great job and ill see them again in 6 months for the spring "tune up".

These guys are on it!! I wish I could give them more stars. Very very professional ,through and fast. The few times they were here I was at work and the tech kept me updated every step of the way. I definitely recommend the duct cleaning too the difference in the air quality in my house is crazy!! The tech even offered to help my wife carry groceries in! I will definitely be a lifelong customer I highly recommend Shafer heating and cooling
