Royse was my service tect I had great service on heating
Blake, Jake and Nate (Nathan) came and did a great install on the water heater I purchased. They were able to plumb all of the connections and addressed all of my concerns about the pressure and what I would need for the plumbing to perform at its greatest level.
Nathan was able to personally assist me and got me a quote. He then was out the very next day and was able to get someone out to get everything done. Talk about speedy service.
Blake was friendly and very polite. He answered all my questions, listened to all my dad jokes and even laughed at a couple.
Jake was very nice to and listened to me complain about the ruts that my wife left in my yard (????)
Nathan showed up personally to ensure I was taken care of and overall treated me extremely well. I'm a Schaefer customer for life now.

Carter is one nicest most polite technicians that's ever been here and to top it off he's very knowledgeable.
Brady was very thorough in his inspection of both my heating and a/c. Found a minor issue and offered a solution which I did find a bit expensive however otherwise, great service. Would highly recommend!
