As always, these guys are great. This is our third business transaction with Shafer, and we won't hesitate to call them in the future. All of the guys that have come out to work have been prompt, courteous and helpful, as have the office staff.

Two of Shafer's associates were here today to assess my cooling and heating needs. Justin and Kevin were very professional, yet friendly. Conducted a thorough assessment of the house energy needs, gave clear explanation of their findings, and various ways to meet needs. Highly recommend this company for their policies and professionalism.
