We can't say enough good things about our experience with Shafer's handling of our recent HVAC install, including duct installation. It was a challenging job, but they figured it out. Kevin was great working on the initial planing. Then Cody and Kenny worked tirelessly making the project happen. Everyone from Shafer was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional every step of the way. Obviously highly trained, skilled and qualified. Highly recommend Shafer Heating and Cooling.
Brady was here to do our clean and check. He was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommended Shafer for all heating and air needs!

There was a cleanliness of unit comment that was caused by another Shafer assosciate--- not sure why he left it on my report without telling me why?
