I had the pleasure of working with Harley, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was thorough, professional, and personable from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my concerns, addressed each one, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
What stood out most was that there was never any pressure or sales pitch behind her recommendations—just honest information and genuine concern for doing what was best. It's technicians like Harley that make me speak so highly of Shafer. Her knowledge, integrity, and customer service are second to none.
