Harley and Nathan were super nice and provided great service today.
The motor on the fan (outdoor compressor) was loose (all 4 bolts were backed off, and needed tightening). Glad it wasn't a bearing that was causing the noise. Tech was pleasant and responsive as usual. He arrived an hour before the scheduled noon-4pm window, so I wasn't here at 11:15. So, they put me back on the list for "end-of-day", for which I am appreciative.
You took your time with me and all my questions. You were and thoughtful and showed me everything and for that I'm truly grateful.
Jacob was very nice and polite explaining type of unit that was in home, explained different maintenance services Shafer offers. Assured everything was fine. Happy with their services!
