Excellent work and customer service. Blake, Kenny, and Robert Dietman have spent several days at my home replacing an HVAC system, adding ductless mini-splits, and rewiring the 2nd floor. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They have been in general extremely good. They replaced my furnace. It was very high quality system and the installation was professional. However, they made a beginners error in trying the condensate line to a plumbing line on the sewer side of a trap. We got sewer gas into the house. They came out next day and fixed it very well. But that is a mistake that suits not be made. They also have ignored my request to do the annual checks in the spring and fall, and wanted to do it in the middle of winter. Also the furnace was quite expensive (more than I expected).

Blake, Drake & Ben were great. Very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable about their jobs. Shafer Heating and Cooling were very good at letting me know through text messages, when the guys would show up. They sent pictures of each employee that would show up. Great experience. Highly recommend them.
Technician was excellent and explained everything well as well as giving me options. Excellent. Highly recommend
