Honest, knowledgeable, polite service thech and office staff. Work at convenience of customer. Sends picture of specialist ahead of appmt time. Call let's you know when to expect tech arrival a discusses any need or replacements with customer before completing. Extremely reputable company!
I had service by Tommy and he did an excelent job. Turns out the igniter glow coil was burnt out and he replaced it. Furnace works great now. I would recommend Shafer to anyone who needs furnace work.
