Shafer's technicians, Cory and Blake, did an outstanding job installing our new heat pump. They were very professional and explained everything associated with our new unit. They worked in the rain and cold to make sure our unit was installed and on good working condition before they left.

Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. We also had a water softener installed by them last year. Royce was our tech yesterday and is always awesome and informative! We would welcome him as our tech anytime!!!
