Needed an entire new heating and cooling system during the coldest days of the year! The whole team at Shafer were excellent from start to finish and got my heat back on in 3 days after numerous visits to try to save my old furnace, which were all no charge with Shafer's club membership! Justin, the Comfort Advisor, was especially helpful assisting me with deciding what options I needed. I would recommend Shafer Heating to anyone who wants prompt ,professional service. Faxin & Devin did a thorough job inspecting & servicing our Heat Pump & Air Handler. They were friendly and informative. I look forward to their return to service our boiler & tankless water heaters.
Andrew came out to change our thermostat out because it died, he answered all of our questions and got heat back in our house. He was very nice
