I've been a member of Shafer Heating & Cooling for four years now. The service they provide is outstanding. Their service members are well versed on the A/C and Heating elements of our system. The people that work on our system are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am quite comfortable in two ways. One is the effort they put in to keep my systems running at peak levels. Today, Cody & Corey came to clean our ductwork. They were very courteous, professional, & answered every question I had. They updated me as the moved along so I knew how things were going. They did an outstanding job.
