Logan was super professional and very friendly. He performed a complete check on our heating unit. He took pictures and offered suggestions for a better heating experience.
I just want to say that Faxin Pan your service tech has done an excellent job for us today! He provided many options for the issues we have been having for a long time with our furnace. He is the third person to look at it, from the third HVAC company and as they say, third time is the charm. He was able to help us get a whole new system, including air at a price that is within my budget and even got us a special price to clean the ducts in that budget. Thank you Faxin for all your time today. I am very happy with all you did today to get us a solution to our problems.

Evan came to evaluate our home for duct cleaning and gave us time to decide if we wanted to proceed. Cameron and Troy did the actual work at a later date. Called in advance to give arrival time and Troy even did all he could to help me get my skittish cat outside to avoid the noise. They took before and after pics and showed me. They moved what furniture I couldn't move myself. They used the long fingered tube to stir the debris and the suction from that large vacuum is very strong. Very happy with their work
Faxin seems to really know his stuff. Very thorough and polite . And he was nice to my dog. ;-)
Andrew was very detailed and thorough. He took lots of pictures to show me the items he recommended and was very helpful in deciding which items were top priority when I said that I couldn't afford to get all the work done at this time.
