I can't say enough about Shafer, their team and our tech Faxin! 5 stars all around. We will forever be a client! Faxin is extremely knowledgeable, gave advice and recommendations. He thoroughly went through our boiler system. We look forward to him servicing our boiler in the future!

Update* another job-duct cleaning done by shafer heating & cooling. This time Cody and Troy did an amazing and thorough job of cleaning our air duct. Showed the before and after work pictures and I'm so glad I got them cleaned.

We scheduled duct cleaning after our recent home renovations. Corey and his crew came out and were professional, trust worthy, and friendly! Corey educated me on the whole process and what to expect. After the cleaning he followed up with educating me on what steps we can take to continue to help with our asthma and allergies. Make sure you call Shafer for all of your heating and cooling needs!!
The most professional, polite and wonderful staff to work with. On time, extremely clean and very informative! A wonderful company all around, which is hard to find these days. Faxin went above and beyond to assist us while he was here and we had a pipe burst. He stayed well past closing time to help move furniture and ensure we didn't need anything else before he left.
Andrew was very thorough and ask question from me to find out what was going on. I have worked in fire and water restoration and done duct cleaning so know a little about heating and air and he made sure everything was right. Would definitely recommend him and the company he works for.
