Logan was great! He came out and did a checkup on our system. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also super accommodating of my schedule and I really appreciated the transparency on the cost of any additions.

Excellent service from Evan at Shafer Heating & Cooling. Evan was able to come out the next morning. He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the everything and our options. The appointment was done quickly, and I'm very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
