Since I've been a customer of Shafer's I probably have had most of the service techs. Yesterday I had a new tech Robbie. He didn't disappoint me. He was on time, courteous, professional and did a thorough maintenance check. With winter coming I feel secure that I can depend on Shafer if I would need them.
