Always does a great job, very professional, always cleans the area up after the job is completed
Corey and Dillon arrived on time. Introduced themselves and outlined exactly what they were here to do. We were asked if we had any questions before they stared. They went straight to work and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves removing all decries.
Upon completion of their work, we were given the opportunity to inspect their work. We had a new electronic air filter installed. It's operation and changing of the consumable filter was explained and demonstrated. Excellent job.
We are extremely pleased with Nick, He was very professional and helpful. Nick explained the products they have available and how it works for us to understand it. We recommend Shafer Heating & Cooling for anyone who is looking for any job you need done.
On February 13th, 2024 Cody McCreary & Robert came to the house and replaced all of my duct work and installed a clean air filtration system. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. They made sure we were satisfied with everything. A very good team and I would recommend them to everyone.
On February 15, 2024 Corey Cloud came back to our house to install the register vents and he took his time to make sure they all fit good and cleaned up any that needed it. Very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.
All in all Shafer Heating and Cooling is a great company and I will be using them for any job I may have. Thank you to all of them for a wonderful experience and making everything go smoothly.

I just had an entire system replacement and it was a great experience! Nick was great and answered any questions I had. The installers were also very professional and even helped me get an old water heater out of my basement. Shafer has without a doubt been the best experience I've had with contractors since I moved to Ohio.
