We have been a customer with Shafer now for a little over a year and will be for as long as we live in or near Hillsboro. The technicians are always prompt, professional and extremely helpful.
Our most recent experience was with a leaky humidifier which was installed when we upgraded our heat pump last year. it suddenly started dripping water. I scheduled a service call online for the next available slot (not emergency) and the window was from 12 - 4 PM. We received a text at around 12:15 letting us know David was on the way and a call from David when he was 15 minutes away. After a few troubleshooting steps David had isolated the cause and fixed not only that, but also rerouted the drain hose through a shorter route.
Still 5 stars all the way around and we will always recommend Shafer!
He seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely professional and cordial. He answered our questions and was very responsive.
From the official visiting to discuss the system down to the techs, Tyler, Troy, and Cory who came for the install, everyone deserves 5 star rating! Professional, hard working, and determined to do the job right.
Both Cameron and Corey were very helpful on any questions I had. I highly recommended them to anyone looking to get work done.
Just had a routine service and they installed a new thermostat.. Faxin the technician was really friendly and super nice. He told me everything he was doing. He also checked my carbon dioxide detector which I have never had anyone do.. Great experience today.
Excellent service! My hardwood floors were recently sanded and we needed the ducts cleaned before we turn the heat back on to stain. They were so careful of our floors and took extreme precautions to ensure they were protected!
