This is our first experience with Shafer Heating and Cooling. We inquired about a duct cleaning estimate on our house and my sons house.
Kyle Hamilton came out to give us our estimates. He was very easy to talk to and explained the process in detail. When doing the inspection he discovered we had a few more issues that we needed to address. We needed to replace the vaper barrier and some remove a little water under the house. It was recommended we place a dehumidifier under the house to keep it dry underneath.
Lane and Cody came out to the duct cleaning and discovered more issues that required us to replace all our duct work. News we were not expecting.
Johny, Kenzie, and Mike came out and started tearing out all of old metal duct work. There was several pieces of even older duct work from an old furnace that was removed. Our crawl space entrance was in our living room and they took extra precautions to protect my carpet and hardwood floors. These guys were so nice and professional at all times even when the job took longer than anticipated.
When Johny and Kenzie returned to replace the new duct work the same care was demonstrated each and every time. They did an amazing job placing the new duct work and even placed new vents in new areas. They even offered a portable unit to keep our house warm. Even my dog Wylie waited at the door for them to come to give him lots of kind words and pets.
I really cant say enough good things about this company and their staff. The office and technicians always kept me informed whether they were running late or on their way with an estimated time of arrival. Their excellent work and extreme professionalism throughout this process has been phenomenal.

Robert and Blake were friendly, informative, knowledgeable and did a great job installing our heat pump units.
Cody an Cory did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They did a quick job and were neat an cleaned up their mess. They also provided us with all the information we needed
The employees were knowledgeable of their task. They were courteous and kind to us. They explained the product and how to use it. They asked if we had any questions. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete. I would recommend their services.
Faxin Pan was our technician. He stayed at our home until every last question was answered and informed us of the different systems that would be best for us. He didn't leave until we were confident in what we were needing and could afford. Highly recommend him and Shafer heating and cooling to any home owner. Thank you Faxin.
