Cory, Cody and Blake did an excellent job installing our new hvac system. They were courteous and professional. They gave us updates throughout and made sure we understood our new systems functions completely.
This is my first home i have ever purchased and knew i was probably going to have trouble with my ac unit because it was old and i bought the house as is. I called Shafer's and they came out the next morning. Andrew was the technician and was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything very well, was very knowledgable, gave me several options, and me not knowing anything about ac units, helped me decide what would be better for me to do. He was very nice and very patient even when i asked him to repeat a couple of things just so i could understand a lot better what was going on with my unit and how it would be replaced if that's what i opted for. Would absolutely recommend Shafer heating and cooling.
