Cody and Kyle The gentleman did a great job. They walked in introduced their selves told me what they was going to be doing. Explain to me very well and they cleaned up very well. Can't even tell they was even here. Very nice gentleman very polite. You have some good employees right there.
Royce was very through and showed us everything he did. We added the whole house surge protector and set up generator maintenance. Very professional.

This was our first time using Shafer Heating and Cooling and we were very happy with the thorough inspection and solution of our problem. Our technician, Royce, was very professional and great at explaining all of our options.
Devon with Shafer is wonderful! He is very courteous, informative, professional, and knowledgeable. He found a burned wire in my AC fuse box that could have set my house on fire from the previous company. He came for a 2nd day and fixed it. Highly recommend Shafer!
