Needed an entire new heating and cooling system during the coldest days of the year! The whole team at Shafer were excellent from start to finish and got my heat back on in 3 days after numerous visits to try to save my old furnace, which were all no charge with Shafer's club membership! Justin, the Comfort Advisor, was especially helpful assisting me with deciding what options I needed. I would recommend Shafer Heating to anyone who wants prompt ,professional service.
