Two of Shafer's associates were here today to assess my cooling and heating needs. Justin and Kevin were very professional, yet friendly. Conducted a thorough assessment of the house energy needs, gave clear explanation of their findings, and various ways to meet needs. Highly recommend this company for their policies and professionalism.

I my A/C went out 5 days ago so i called Shafer to get prices and Evan came out to go through the house and he was awesome, he listened to what my wants and needs was for my house and gave suggestions that i didn't think of and i went a head an had a complete system he was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps of what they was going to do during and after install, it was only two days later thatCody and Isaac came out to to the install and they went above and beyond what they needed, super friendly and informative, i didn't even have to ask any questions they cover all bases and crossed the t's and dotted the i's. Fantastic company and staff!
