Royce was very professional and thorough, Took pictures of everything he found, and was sure to show me and explain what was going on, also went over repairs that would need to be made.
The technician talked me through every part of the process and answered every question I had while making sure I understood everything. He was polite and professional. From the first call to the office to set up an appointment, to the end of the inspection was excellent.
My technician Sean was very thorough very knowledgeable and he did a great job I'm overly impressed with his service. Will definitely use Shafer for my future needs.

Easy to book an appointment. Technican arrived on time with good communication throughout. Teddy was outstanding. Knowledgeable and patient as I asked a ton of questions. Didn't ever feel like he would even attempt to try to recommend or "sell" something that wasn't necessary. All of my questions were answered and there was a great level of professionalism/care.
