Shafer Heating & Cooling sent two technicians to install a new Heating and air unit in my home , Rob & Blake had everything installed and done with in 3hrs, They were very professional and explained in detail any questions I had . Would definitely recommend them! A++ !!

Royce was very professional and thorough, Took pictures of everything he found, and was sure to show me and explain what was going on, also went over repairs that would need to be made.
The technician talked me through every part of the process and answered every question I had while making sure I understood everything. He was polite and professional. From the first call to the office to set up an appointment, to the end of the inspection was excellent.
