I will call Shafer Heating for all future needs . The technician Tommy arrived on time, explained the issue I was having and had us up and running in no time. The company kept me informed of expected arrival time etc. Very satisfied. Thank you.
Shafer came out today to assist with an odor we have been trying g to figure out. Plumbing people keep referring g back to the hvac system. Tonight Tommy with Shafer came to our home , listened yo everything that has been done to try and fix this problem. Tommy went into our attic and within a few minutes found a vent pipe that had water in it. We had furnace off and no smell. Tommy shook this pipe and the smell was present. Again Shafer found a problem that the plumbers have not.

A very pleasant young lady answered the phone, listened to our problem and said a tech would be at home today between 4-6. The tech arrived around 5ish. Found the problem ,and fixed it. All in one visit

We just called Shafer back. They came when they said they would. We thought there was another leak Shafer tech went above and beyond and actually found that we had a see leak How unexpected that a company went the extra look to find why we were getting g a smell

There was a cleanliness of unit comment that was caused by another Shafer assosciate--- not sure why he left it on my report without telling me why?
