Shafer Heating and Cooling was very responsive. Royce was very professional and knowledgeable. He spoke about each issue, breaking down those that were keeping the system from working and those that would add value and quality to the system but were not necessary for it to function. Royce repaired our system quickly, was courteous and cleaned up everything. I would definitely work with Royce / Shafer Heating and Cooling again.
Jeremy came to the house find out why AC not working. Quickly found the problem and resolved it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Love our new thermostat.
