Answering Service by Lexi on Thanksgiving Day... use to Emergency--- was wonderful, kind and professional.
Royce Ogden was also timely, professional,.and efficient-- explained what he was doing for the most part. There was a cleanliness of unit comment that was caused by another Shafer assosciate--- not sure why he left it on my report without telling me why? Joyce is neat ,contentious, and good at identifying and FIXING problems! Thanks! KC
