Carter is one nicest most polite technicians that's ever been here and to top it off he's very knowledgeable.
Brady was very thorough in his inspection of both my heating and a/c. Found a minor issue and offered a solution which I did find a bit expensive however otherwise, great service. Would highly recommend!
Royce explained the reason for the ac not turning on and how to utilize our system to its best performance.
He also explained the benefits of the UV light purifying system which we purchased and are now looking forward to cleaner fresh air.

Outstanding. We had a couple issues come up early, but Shafer went well above and beyond to address our issues. We are completely satisfied.
Kyle Norris is amazing. Helped us diagnose a coil leak on our mini split! Will definitely use Shafer again for our heating and cooling needs.
