I highly recommend Shafer Heating & Cooling. Their service (from the initial contact through Harley doing the maintenance) was very professional. Harley kept me appraised of her progress as she performed the maintenance. And I greatly appreciated the fact that for the first time dealing with any company, there was no hard sales pitch. She advised me of my options and let me decide without any pressure. That was refreshing. She also showed me her work to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Shafer! I will definitely call if I need any future heating, electrical, or plumbing needs.
Kyle Norris was The HVAC technician for Shafer Heating and Cooling today. This young man has a great future ahead of him very honest very forthcoming helped explain everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend their company that they're gonna replace my unit since under warranty for four months old, which is great news he helped facilitate that through his manager so if you ever need them, use them and hope you get him for your field tech. No cost as it's under warranty

Harley is personable and polite. She was thorough in evaluating our heating and air conditioning system making reasonable suggestions to keep it in good operating order. She offered additional services, but there was no high pressure sales tactics. We have been satisfied with all the technicians who have worked with us from Shafer Heating & Cooling. That is why they are our first call for heating, air conditioning, and electrical service and repair.

Jacob Wilder was a very knowledgeable technician that came out to check the system. He was professional yet friendly and informative. He talked us through exactly what he was doing and what we were looking at on the system. Also we appreciated the way Shafer sent us a text with a picture of the technician that would be coming out.
We felt we paid a decent price for what Jacob did.
