Just had a heat pump and gas furnace installed by Rob and Ben with Shafer. Not something you have done everyday, but I am very glad we had Shafer and specifically Rob and Ben work on our home. Total professionals. Highly recommend !

We had an appointment this afternoon and Ron was here on time and did a thorough check on our existing geo system. He was very professional and explained the upgrade to us since our system is almost 30 years old. We have had great service from Shafer from day one. Highly recommend this company!

Kyle was very professional and worked earnestly to find the problem we had been having for over a week. We needed a new thermostat but he made sure we got the best price based on what it actually required for him to wire and install the new one. Great attitude and customer service. Royce was absolutely amazing! He did a wonderful job communicating with us throughout the entire process, from explaining the job and the parts needed to walking us through each step. He even took the time to show us pictures so we could understand exactly what was being done. Royce was incredibly patient, friendly, kind, and helpful. We truly appreciated the time he took to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. We highly recommend Royce and are happy to say we are officially members!
