I've owned homes for 40 years and this is the best HVAC service provider I've ever used. Their technicians are very professional, polite and well presented during their visits. They are extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our HVAC systems. The office as well as the technicians communicate very well when scheduling or informing you of the operations of your systems. They show up when they're scheduled, are fair priced and and always ensure that any questions you have are answered. I'm not surprised that they are a BBB Accredited Business. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Aaron was very polite, nice to talk to. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. If I had questions he answered them. I hope to get him again if I need anything

Technician arrived early and was very thorough with the service provided. Shaffer heating and cooling replied very promptly (Sunday afternoon). They are very professional and easy to work with. The kind of company you use for years to come.

Heat went out yesterday, Shafer sent out a tech named Royce. Royce determined that our unit had loose connections 3 to be exact. Royce is an awesome guy and an expert with all this company provides.Would Highly recommend Shafer and Royce to anyone family and friends.
