This morning I woke up to a cold house. Heat pump was not working. Called Shafer Heating & Cooling & they scheduled us in on the same day. Shaun was great at explaining everything & did a wonderful job. Thank you Shaun for getting our heat back on! Cudo's to Shafer Heating & Cooling. We highly recommend them!

Royce did a great job diagnosing our furnace issues. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions (sometimes twice!) He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. All technicians are always prepared with shoe covers as well which we really appreciate.
Very happy with our experiences with Shafer Heating and Cooling thus far.
