I had Shafer Heating and Cooling out to give me a quote for new installation. Justin came up with a great plan for our difficult old farm house.
Cody worked diligently to complete the installation. They were very professional and polite. I received a phone call and text every day with an ETA. Troy and Cory came out to assist a couple of days and although I did not have any interaction with them they worked diligently to assist the team. They cleaned up after themselves everyday when they were done. I was always kept informed of all the details. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done!
