Another perfect seasonal service!
The furnace guy was real nice and respectable. He explained everything and showed on the tablet what was going on. He talked with my husband on the phone while he was explaining what was wrong with the furnace. I am pretty pleased with my services.
Austin, the comfort advisor I had helped me find exactly the system I needed and made the whole process easy. Tyler and Cameron were the technicians that installed the new system over a two day period. There was also a third tech, but I never got his name. They did a very nice job making sure everything was working as it should after install. Also, any questions I had were fully answered.
Cory and his helper was very professional very clean done a great job thank you so much Shafer Heating and Cooling!!!!!!

The crew finished us up today with our new system. The entire crew that we worked with was great. David Storms, Jacob Shumaker, Cody McCreary & the rest of the installation crew - Robert, Corey, Cory, Royce and Dylan were nothing but professional! I had a dead furnace. It wouldn't fire and the house was cold. Danger time. On short notice, service tech Faxin came out, spent over two hours and got it going. He went above and beyond locating the problem, made sure it was now running safely, and was the most professional in-home service tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With the results and such a great company representative, I cannot recommend Shafer Heating any higher. Simply, outstanding!
