A very pleasant young lady answered the phone, listened to our problem and said a tech would be at home today between 4-6. The tech arrived around 5ish. Found the problem ,and fixed it. All in one visit

Excellent service from Evan at Shafer Heating & Cooling. Evan was able to come out the next morning. He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the everything and our options. The appointment was done quickly, and I'm very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Faxen came and walked us through all of the options for our 24 year old unit with superior courtesy and care. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to teach us about our system as he evaluated what measures would need taken to fix our dinosaur. Which ultimately was best to replace.
He was incredibly helpful when setting up our payment plan and walking us through choosing our new system. He quickly did all the measurements and was genuinely great at his job.
Troy and Cameron came out and cleaned our ducts. More genuinely good people, providing Excellent Service!! Hard working, very personable and quick. They finished our manufactured home duct cleaning in less than an hour.
