This is my first home i have ever purchased and knew i was probably going to have trouble with my ac unit because it was old and i bought the house as is. I called Shafer's and they came out the next morning. Andrew was the technician and was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything very well, was very knowledgable, gave me several options, and me not knowing anything about ac units, helped me decide what would be better for me to do. He was very nice and very patient even when i asked him to repeat a couple of things just so i could understand a lot better what was going on with my unit and how it would be replaced if that's what i opted for. Would absolutely recommend Shafer heating and cooling.

Excellent! Put on the schedule very quick when my AC went out in 90 degree weather. Faxin was amazingly informative and helpful with building our new AC unit! The guys that came out to clean the ducts were very thorough and professional. Cody and Troy were excellent with our installation! I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with Shafer! Thank you all so much!

Nineteen year old system went out in July. Shafer came out within 24 hours to check, and then later the same day to evaluate what we needed and get us set up for an install. Also providing a portable air conditioner until the system can be installed. Juan and Jim were great to work with, and super helpful. Lots of guarantees from the company should anything go wrong or not work the way expected. Awesome job!
